Warehouse Order Builder Wausau, WI 54401 Apply Overview Salary Range $19.55 Hourly Position Type Full Time Apply Description

& Zero-Cost Single-Coverage Health Insurance! Our Warehouse Order Builders are responsible for accurately filling customer orders by operating material handling equipment, pulling product from warehouse stock, and stacking product on pallets, as well as breaking down returned product.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately builds orders with other team members, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded. Organizes items on a pallet based on type of product to ensure stability. Obtains merchandise from shelves to stack on pallets with use of material handling equipment (forklift or electric pallet jack). Transports orders to wrapping or shipping locations with material handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged in order of delivery. Sorts and stores partial cases of product returned on route trucks.
PAY:
Starting pay of $19.55 per hour, with quarterly pay-for-performance opportunities to earn up to $22.81/hr
HOURS:
Full-time with benefits, Monday - Friday, 11:00am-8pm (end time varies pending work load) Work requires handling/lifting of product from floor level to above shoulder height or reverse. Lifting is frequent and may be up to 50lbs. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen. Must be at least 18 years of age. Qualifications

EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent GED required.
EXPERIENCE
General knowledge of a variety of basic topics, such as math, and reading. 0 - 2 years related experience and/or training.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, general policies, instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to verbally communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply concepts of basic addition, subtraction, multiplication.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Manual Dexterity:
Work requires a few simple but rapid hand operations. Requires operation of material handling equipment. Working with hands to Seize, hold, grasp, turn, and/or lift. Fingers are involved with by picking, pinching, or otherwise working with fingers primarily (rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling).
Physical Effort:
Work requires handling/lifting of product or empty pallets from floor level to above shoulder height or reverse. Lifting may be up to 65lbs. Share job details to
