1696716 United Talent Staffing is seeking dependable Order Picker & Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team in the Morgantown, WV area. Due to a temporary increase in inventory, this assignment is currently offering an incentive pay rate of $17.00 per hour for the next two weeks . Once the incentive period ends, the regular pay rate will return to $10-12 per hour depending on shift. Candidates may choose to work the two-week temporary project only or remain on the assignment full-time at the regular pay rate. Job Duties Load, unload, sort, pick, and pack products. Prepare orders for shipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow company safety procedures and meet daily production goals. Pay & Schedule Temporary incentive pay: $17.00 per hour for two weeks Regular pay after incentive period: $10.00 per hour 1st
