• Procurement Project Manager
• to support critical ramp-up initiatives, transformation programs, and the industrial ecosystem within a leading aerospace manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will drive procurement strategy and execution across complex, cross-functional projects. You will ensure seamless coordination between global and regional teams, enabling efficient, high-quality aircraft production and delivery. Your work will directly influence operational success, cost performance, and long-term competitiveness. What You'll Do

• Project Leadership (70%)
• + Lead procurement workstreams across multiple projects, managing full lifecycle delivery + Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution + Manage timelines, risks, budgets, and interdependencies across programs + Drive program strategy to meet product quality, delivery schedules, and financial targets (including P&L) + Develop and maintain detailed project reporting using enterprise tools + Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership + Escalate critical issues to senior management to maintain project momentum •Procurement Excellence & Transformation (30%)•+ Drive compliance with procurement processes and best practices + Support change management initiatives within procurement operations + Resolve process and system-related challenges (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.

) + Lead training and awareness initiatives for procurement and internal teams + Support deployment and optimization of procurement tools and systems Required Qualifications +

• Bachelor's degree
• in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred) +
• PMP certification
• + •5-7+ years of experience in project management•or related roles + Strong understanding of procurement processes, risk management, and business case analysis + Demonstrated success managing stakeholders in complex, global matrix organizations + Expertise in procurement tools and enterprise systems (SAP, Coupa, etc.

) + Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities + Strong communication and leadership skills + Fluency in English Preferred Qualifications + Fluency in French, German, and/or Spanish + Experience with Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Lean Business Improvement Projects (LBIP+) + Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace tools + Proven ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement Work Environment This is a 100% onsite position based in Mobile, AL, with regular interaction across office and production settings. The role requires the ability to work with standard office equipment and operate safely within a manufacturing environment using appropriate personal protective equipment.
