Job Description
The Opportunity
As a Source-to-pay Technology Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, enhance supplier collaboration, and strengthen supply chain resilience. You will work closely with clients to analyze sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Within our Operations practice, you will focus on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions.

In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading sourcing and procurement initiatives to optimize processes and drive cost savings
- Analyzing client needs and developing operational strategies to enhance productivity and business performance
- Implementing strategic sourcing frameworks and digital procurement solutions to improve efficiency
- Managing supplier relationships and fostering collaboration to strengthen supply chain resilience
- Utilizing Coupa, ZIP, and GEP software to streamline procurement processes and enhance supplier management
- Overseeing contract management and negotiation to achieve favorable terms and compliance
- Guiding teams in planning, budgeting, and executing procurement projects to meet client expectations
- Encouraging team development through coaching and leveraging individual strengths
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within procurement operations
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices to enhance procurement strategies What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Project/Technology Management, Science
- At least one of the following: Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP), American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Institute for Supply Management (ISM)
- Demonstrating proficiency in Coupa, ZIP, and GEP software solutions
- Managing complex procurement processes and contract negotiations
- Utilizing strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management skills
- Excelling in budgetary management and financial forecasting
- Embracing change and innovation in supply chain operations The salary range for this position is: $99,000
- $232,000.
