Contract-to-Permanent Opportunity Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to support procurement operations in a fast-paced Specialty Trade Contractors/Construction environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with vendors and internal teams to ensure materials are ordered accurately and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities Enter and import purchase orders (POs) into Foundation Software based on plans and field orders Send POs to vendors and confirm accuracy through acknowledgements Receive and verify orders by matching purchase orders with packing slips Resolve order discrepancies with vendors in a timely manner Update and maintain material and vendor pricing in the system Build and maintain strong vendor relationships Assist with forecasting material needs based on project demands Qualifications Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support (construction industry preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams Experience with Foundation Software is a plus (or similar ERP systems) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
