• end-to-end (materials, components, services)

• Buyers / Procurement Specialists
• Build supplier strategy: negotiate pricing, terms, LTAs, contracts
• Drive supplier performance: OTD, quality, responsiveness
• + corrective actions
• Partner with
• Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning
• to protect schedules
• Improve
• ERP/MRP
• parameters to balance inventory + lead times
• Run cost-reduction initiatives: negotiations, value engineering, efficiency
