We are looking for a Purchasing Manager / Administrator to take ownership of purchasing, vendor relationships, inventory, and procurement activities in a fast-paced operational environment. What You'll Do Manage purchasing of materials, equipment, parts, and supplies. Source vendors and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery . Issue and track purchase orders and expedite deliveries. Manage inventory levels and replenishment. Review quotes, bids, contracts, invoices, and purchasing records. Resolve vendor and purchasing issues. Work closely with maintenance and other departments to meet operational needs. Supervise and support purchasing/administrative staff. What You Bring 1-2+ years of purchasing and/or inventory control experience. Experience in purchasing, logistics, warehouse, or a related environment. Strong negotiation, organization, and analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and purchasing/inventory software. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
