The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the foodservice equipment industry, with a strong background in contract administration and procurement. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is a plus.
Responsibilities Submittal Book Creation:
Prepare and maintain detailed submittal books for each project, ensuring all necessary documentation is included and up-to-date.
Purchase Order Issuance and Tracking:
Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing and follow-up.
Change Order Issuance and Tracking:
Issue and track change orders, managing the approval process and updating project documentation accordingly.
Close Out Document Submission:
Prepare and submit close out documents, including warranties, O&M manuals, and other required documentation.
Blueprint Reading:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus, allowing for a more comprehensive understanding of project requirements and potential issues. Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the foodservice equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in Autoquotes or similar systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
Pay:
$50,000.00
  • $75,000.
