Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physical Therapy Aide and play a vital role in supporting patient recovery and well-being. In this energetic position, you will assist licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional patient care in our outpatient clinics. Duties Prepare treatment areas and assist with patient setup for therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment Support physical therapists by providing patient service and care during therapy activities, including exercises and mobility training Monitor patient responses during treatments, reporting any concerns or changes to the supervising therapist promptly Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment, treatment rooms, and supplies to uphold infection control standards Support clinic operations by managing scheduling logistics and helping with administrative tasks as needed Experience Previous clinical experience in outpatient or inpatient settings is highly preferred Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology enhances your ability to support effective patient care Experience working with diverse populations such as geriatrics or orthopedic patients is advantageous Strong patient service skills combined with compassionate communication are essential for fostering trust and comfort during therapy sessions This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their healthcare skills while contributing to positive patient outcomes. Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
