Bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplish. Apple is seeking a Manager, GSSM to lead a team that manages Corporate Services procurement. This position requires the ability to work with Software, People, engineering, finance and legal teams and third-party suppliers. Position requires strong collaboration, leadership, quantitative and analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Description Category Management :
Manage the Relocation, Immigration, Contingent Labor, Learning and Development, Financial Services, Consulting, and Professional Services procurement categories World Wide across Apple.
Team Development:
Coach and mentor individual contributors in a multiple offices to accelerate their onboarding across Apple specific processes, supplier ecosystems, and stakeholder expectations.
Operational Continuity:
The procurement portfolio demands consistent senior oversight to cultivate deep relationships with partners, stakeholders, drive negotiations, maintain execution quality, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across concurrent work streams.
Strategic Initiatives:
Formation and execution of supplier strategy to advance team wide priorities including cost modeling, new supplier development, and integrate emerging technologies through deep collaboration.
Scalability:
As Gen AI capabilities advance, leverage AI tools to keep up with increasing complexity and growing business needs without degrading quality or timelines. Preferred Qualifications MBA or M.S. degree a plus Minimum Qualifications Bachelors' degree Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain, supplier sourcing and procurement negotiation, supply management and operations, cost modeling and financial analysis 5 years of management experience Strong procurement/supply chain experience with a proven track record of success Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,000 and $306,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
