We are seeking an initiative-taking, detailed oriented Project Manager with experience in hospitality FF&E purchasing to join our team. Minimum of 2 years hospitality procurement experience required. If you have experience in hospitality FF&E procurement and are interested in joining a dynamic, fast paced, environment and working on some of the most notable projects in the U.S. and abroad, we want you to join our team!
Responsibilities and Duties:
Accurately enter specifications. Budget creation and management. Manage Project Schedules. Reconcile, process, and approve invoices. Status report creation and management. Coordination with interior designers, clients, vendors, installers, and warehouses. Manage order tracking and expediting to meet established timelines. Manage any change orders for assigned projects. Onsite Installation. Request, organize and submit project closeout documentation.
Position requirements:
Associate degree or equivalent. Detailed-oriented and process-driven. Strong multi-tasking ability and able to work in a team environment. Organizational skills are essential. Requires excellent time management and prioritization skills. Proficient and effective communication skills. Excellent skills in Microsoft office and proficient in Excel. 2 years of experience in hospitality purchasing and FF&E product knowledge required.
Other:
Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus but not required Candidates with Interior Design | Architecture or Supply Chain | Logistics background are desirable
