Position Summary The Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Procurement is responsible for leading all aspects of sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory management, supplier quality, delivery assurance, logistics, and material availability. This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop long-term supply chain strategies while actively supporting daily manufacturing operations. Experience in Aerospace supply chain is required. Position reports directly to Chief Operating Officer. Strategic Leadership Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Lead supplier development initiatives and strategic sourcing programs. Lead S&OP activities and long-range capacity planning. Develop supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Tactical Leadership Manage procurement, planning, inventory control, and logistics activities. Review MRP recommendations and support production priorities. Expedite critical materials and resolve supplier delivery issues. Participate in daily production meetings and support customer delivery commitments. Supplier Quality Management Partner with Quality Assurance to improve supplier quality performance. Support supplier audits, SCARs, root cause analysis, PPAP, and FAI activities. Monitor supplier quality metrics and implement corrective actions. Participate in supplier qualification and development initiatives. Delivery Assurance Drive supplier on-time delivery performance through KPI management. Conduct supplier capacity assessments and risk reviews. Develop recovery plans for critical suppliers and materials. Maintain supplier performance dashboards and reporting metrics. Continuous Improvement Lead Kaizen events, Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), and Lean initiatives. Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Improve ERP/MRP utilization and planning accuracy. Develop scalable supply chain processes and procedures. Compliance Support AS9100 quality requirements. Maintain compliance with ITAR regulations. Support

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of progressive supply chain experience in Aerospace. 3+ years of leadership experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing. Strong ERP/MRP experience. Understanding of Laboratory Sourcing Control (LCS) requirements Proven supplier management and negotiation experience Experience in aerospace manufacturing supply chain management is required Preferred Qualifications APICS CPIM, CSCP, or
CLTD. CPSM
