Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Units, Legal, and Finance, to ensure strategic alignment. Utilize AI-driven procurement tools to enhance data analysis and automate routine sourcing workflows. Standardize sourcing processes across the organization to maintain consistency and compliance. Skills Expertise in sourcing and vendor management within the marketing landscape. Exceptional negotiation and influence skills to manage high-stakes discussions effectively. Strong analytical abilities to evaluate spend data and provide actionable insights. Advanced contract drafting skills to work collaboratively with legal teams. High standards of excellence with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management or Business Administration. Extensive experience in marketing sourcing categories. A proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
