Build resilience where precision matters most Imagine a sudden shock to the metal market or a geopolitical event threatens a critical supplier. As the Precision Components Sourcing and Supply Risk Manager at Alinabal, you anticipate, prepare, and execute—protecting production, quality, and customer commitments in aerospace, defense, and other regulated sectors. Your mission Lead the end‑to‑end strategy for supplier selection, development, and performance management while orchestrating procurement execution that keeps programs on time and within budget. How you'll make impact Craft multi‑year sourcing strategies that unlock value, reduce exposure, and drive supplier performance. Develop a balanced global supply base for high‑precision components; qualify and manage suppliers through KPI‑driven reviews covering quality, cost, delivery, and utilization. Secure capacity and performance through well‑structured, long‑term agreements. Align procurement plans with factory schedules, customer requirements, and inventory targets; streamline flow using ERP/MRP and e‑procurement. Advance cost optimization via value engineering, supplier rationalization, and alternate‑source qualification. Oversee supplier quality programs; cut nonconformances; institutionalize consistent quality practices across the chain. Ensure compliance with ITAR, FAR, and DFARS; collaborate with Legal and Compliance on contract language. Design and execute risk mitigation strategies for supply disruptions and geopolitical dynamics; monitor metal market pricing and cost structures. What you bring Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline; Master's preferred. 8-10 years in manufacturing with 5+ years managing international suppliers. Demonstrated success in strategic procurement, supplier quality leadership, and regulatory compliance. Deep understanding of precision manufacturing and quality standards. Project management strength; advanced negotiation, problem solving, and data analysis. Hands‑on fluency with ERP/MRP and e‑procurement systems. Exceptional communicator; able to influence across functions and levels. Domestic and international travel as needed. Physical demands and environment Extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Regular computer use and review of technical documentation requiring visual acuity. Periodic domestic and international flights. Moderate ambient noise typical of office and manufacturing support areas; PPE may be required in select areas.
