Are you fluent in the language of quality, cost, delivery, and compliance? At Alinabal, you will lead supplier development and strategic sourcing across precision manufacturing for aerospace, defense, and other regulated customers. What you will do Design and deploy category strategies that cut total cost, mitigate risk, and elevate supplier performance. Source and qualify high‑precision suppliers (domestic and international) and manage performance via KPIs for quality, cost, delivery, and capacity/utilization. Negotiate multi‑year agreements to secure quality, delivery reliability, and value. Plan and execute purchasing to meet production schedules, customer demand, and inventory objectives. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align sourcing with product and plant needs. Leverage ERP/MRP and e‑procurement tools to improve visibility and throughput. Champion cost optimization through value engineering, supplier consolidation, and qualified alternates. Lead supplier quality programs; reduce nonconformances; standardize practices across the supply chain. Ensure compliance with ITAR, FAR, and DFARS; partner with Legal/Compliance on contract terms. Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply interruptions and geopolitical volatility; track metal market trends and cost drivers. What makes you successful here Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's a plus). 8-10 years in manufacturing with 5+ years managing global suppliers. Proven results in strategic procurement, supplier quality leadership, and regulatory compliance. Depth in precision manufacturing, quality systems, and end‑to‑end supply chain dynamics. Project management discipline; strong analysis and negotiation skills. Proficiency in ERP/MRP and e‑procurement platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication; influence across functions and levels. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Physical and workplace expectations Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion. Frequent use of computers and standard office equipment; close visual work for technical review and analysis. Occasional domestic and international travel. Generally moderate noise levels; PPE may be required in certain areas.
