Full-time, onsite MSH has partnered with a leading U.S. industrial and building materials manufacturer with large-scale operations, a strong national presence, and a vertically integrated supply chain. The company continues to invest in procurement transformation and operational excellence and is seeking a strategic procurement leader to build and mature its Procurement Center of Excellence, standardize processes, and drive enterprise-wide adoption of new procurement technology. This highly visible role will partner with Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, Sustainability, and Supply Chain leadership while serving as the subject-matter expert for procurement governance, systems, and capability-building. What You'll Do Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise procurement processes, technology, and standards. Build and mature a Procurement Center of Excellence, including roadmap, governance routines, and success measures. Design and implement a structured, multi-stage sourcing methodology. Lead selection, rollout, and adoption of a new procurement technology platform across P2P, S2C, and SRM. Own SAP-related master data governance - organizational hierarchy, release strategies, vendor and material records. Build a procurement training and development program for the broader function. Establish procurement KPIs, dashboards, and performance routines to monitor compliance, adoption, and business impact. What We're Looking For 10-12+ years of progressive procurement, supply chain, or procurement operations experience. Demonstrated experience building, leading, or significantly maturing a Procurement COE, transformation office, or shared services model. Hands-on ownership of a procurement technology platform implementation (Coupa, Ariba, Zip, or similar). SAP master data governance and ERP workflow experience. Heavy manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial background preferred, not required. Why Join?
