This role is responsible for managing day-to-day procurement, vendor relations, and inventory coordination. You will handle the full purchasing lifecycle for aircraft parts, rotables, and repair services to support ongoing operational needs. We are looking for a practical, detail-oriented buyer with a solid foundation in aviation supply chain processes, familiar with standard industry compliance, and comfortable using Quantum ERP to process daily purchasing workflows. No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Procurement & Sourcing:
Issue, track, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Repair Orders (ROs) for aircraft parts and materials while securing competitive pricing.Vendor & Repair Management:
Maintain vendor relationships, track repair turn-around times, clear invoice discrepancies, and process core returns.Compliance & Quality:
Verify that incoming components arrive with proper documentation and airworthiness certification (such as FAA Form 8130-3 and trace documents).Inventory Control:
Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and support day-to-day material requirements.System Data Entry:
Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records using Quantum software.Required Qualifications Industry Experience:
2 to 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or material handling experience in aviation or aerospace.Software:
Working experience with Quantum ERP (Quantum Control).Compliance:
Basic knowledge of aviation parts documentation and traceability requirements.Skills:
Good negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, and clear communication.
