Issue, track, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Repair Orders (ROs) for aircraft parts and materials while securing competitive pricing.

Vendor & Repair Management:

Maintain vendor relationships, track repair turn-around times, clear invoice discrepancies, and process core returns.

Compliance & Quality:

Verify that incoming components arrive with proper documentation and airworthiness certification (such as FAA Form 8130-3 and trace documents).

Inventory Control:

Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and support day-to-day material requirements.

System Data Entry:

Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records using Quantum software.

Required Qualifications Industry Experience:

2 to 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or material handling experience in aviation or aerospace.

Software:

Working experience with Quantum ERP (Quantum Control).

Compliance:

Basic knowledge of aviation parts documentation and traceability requirements.

Skills:

Good negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, and clear communication.
