Job Description

PrideStaff is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to manage the daily business functions. This role entails inventory control, international logistics, and general office management. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can navigate Oracle and Microsoft Office with ease and maintain seamless communication with international partners. Responsibilities Monitor stock, enter requisitions/POs, and update Min/Max levels. Oversee supply levels for the office, warehouse, and shop. Coordinate with the company on new items and resolve any receipt discrepancies. Accurately enter invoices, inventory adjustments, and new vendor/customer profiles. Coordinate with brokers and forwarders to manage incoming global shipments. Ensure compliance with international shipping and customs regulations. Create FedEx/UPS labels and manage all packing slips. Manage service contracts, renewals, and on-site provider visits. Arrange visitor travel and handle general administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous background in purchasing and international shipping/customs. Must understand the basics of accounting (GL Accounts, Fixed / Variable Costs, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable) Proficiency in Oracle (preferred) and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail, organization, and independent time management. Ability to work professionally with vendors and international partners. Must have reliable transportation and a flexible "can-do" attitude toward changing tasks. PrideStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
