Our Atlanta-based team combines industry expertise with an eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of every event is flawlessly executed. Job Overview Technical Elements is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee equipment sourcing, vendor relationships, and quality control. This role manages cross-rentals and strategic asset acquisition to ensure high standards across all productions. You will partner with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize inventory ROI and streamline equipment delivery for every project. Top 3 Core Roles 1. Cross-Rental Management & Sourcing Source and negotiate favorable rates for all sub-rented gear and supplemental assets. Manage the entire cross-rental lifecycle from initial sourcing through shipping, on-site deployment, and return. Identify and create a gear purchase shortlist for frequently rented gear to optimize ROI and reduce sub-rental expenditure. Lead strategic purchasing, supplier negotiations, vendor relationships, and new gear deployment. Provide RFQ pricing for account managers in a timely manner. 2. Inbound Check-in & Quality Control (QC) Oversight Directly supervise the Check-in Supervisor on inbound receiving protocols, turnaround speeds, and strict Quality Control execution. Oversee accountability systems for Missing Gear, Damaged Gear, and Return to Sender (RTS) items. Coordinate with logistics and vendors to handle claims, vendor chargebacks, and rapid repair/replacement workflows. 3. Inventory Alignment & Pullsheet Assistance Assist with dry rental pullsheet preparation, ensuring equipment specifications match operational order requirements. Partner with the Logistics Manager to synchronize outbound/inbound delivery schedules with pullsheet fulfillment timelines. Support overall inventory accuracy during high-volume prep and deployment phases.Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Email; PC and Apple Operating Systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.Requirements:
