Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies for OEM, aftermarket, common, and private-label parts. Source new components at competitive pricing while meeting cost, quality, and business objectives. Manage part costs, identify savings opportunities, and lead supplier negotiations and long-term agreements. Build and manage supplier relationships through regular performance, cost, and service reviews. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and sales to support sourcing and supply chain initiatives. Identify new technologies, materials, and components aligned with future product needs. Oversee new item setup and master data processes. Lead and develop a team of sourcing specialists, analysts, and support personnel. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 5-10 years of purchasing, strategic sourcing, buying, or supply chain experience within a complex manufacturing environment. Proven experience leading teams and delivering measurable cost and operational improvements. Strong technical aptitude and understanding of manufactured components. Demonstrated success using data and analytics to drive sourcing decisions. Strong negotiation, supplier management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment.
