Job Requisition ID #26WD98598The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, Corporate Services is a highly experienced individual contributor responsible for providing deep category expertise, consultative leadership, and strategic sourcing execution across Autodesk's global Corporate Services portfolio, with primary focus areas including Marketing Services, Event Services, and HR Services.
Reporting to the Director, Corporate Services and Responsible Sourcing, this role operates as a senior category owner, accountable for strategy development, sourcing execution, and supplier governance across multiple services domains.
The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager serves as a trusted advisor to senior business, Finance, and Legal leaders, translating functional strategies into scalable, commercially sound sourcing solutions that balance speed, flexibility, service quality, and cost effectiveness.
Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Services Category LeadershipServe as a senior Procurement subject matter expert across Corporate Services sourcing, including Marketing, Events, Professional Services, and HR ServicesOwn category strategy development across service areas such as:
Creative, digital, media, and agency servicesEvents, experiential marketing, sponsorships, and productionProfessional Services including contingent workers, business advisory consulting and specialized consulting services.
HR services including talent, learning, consulting, and workforce programsDevelop multi-year category strategies aligned to business objectives, functional roadmaps, and enterprise financial goalsMaintain strong understanding of service delivery models, supplier operating structures, and commercial benchmarksMonitor external market trends across marketing, HR, and professional services to inform sourcing strategyStrategic Sourcing & Commercial ExcellenceLead complex sourcing initiatives and negotiations across Corporate Services suppliersDesign and implement innovative commercial models, including: Retainer and managed service structuresRate cards and blended pricingPerformance
- or outcome-based pricing modelsDemand aggregation and volume-leverage strategiesExecute global RFPs and supplier evaluations focused on total value, risk, and scalabilityDrive supplier consolidation and preferred supplier frameworksPartner with Legal and Finance to structure master agreements and statements of workConsultative Stakeholder PartnershipAct as a trusted sourcing advisor to senior leaders across Marketing, HR, Finance, and other corporate functionsSupport proactive engagement and early demand visibility across initiatives and programsTranslate functional strategies into sourcing priorities and execution roadmapsInfluence stakeholders to adopt recommended sourcing approaches and governance standardsBalance functional flexibility with financial discipline and enterprise controlsCross-Functional IntegrationPartner closely with Finance, FP&A, Legal, ESG, and Procurement OperationsSupport enterprise cost optimization and spend management initiatives across Corporate ServicesAlign sourcing activity to quarterly and annual planning cyclesLead resolution of complex sourcing challenges requiring cross-functional coordinationSupplier Strategy & GovernanceManage strategic relationships with key Corporate Services suppliersEstablish and track performance metrics focused on cost efficiency, service quality, and value deliveryLead supplier governance reviews and continuous improvement initiativesSupport responsible sourcing, ESG, and sustainability expectations across the supplier ecosystemTransformation & Maturity EnablementContribute to development of Corporate Services sourcing playbooks, standards, and best practicesSupport adoption of intake, sourcing, and contract enablement toolsDrive increased spend under active management across Corporate Services categoriesShare market intelligence and best practices across the Procurement organizationMinimum Qualifications10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commercial leadershipDemonstrated expertise sourcing complex services categories within a Procurement organizationProven experience leading global sourcing initiatives and high-value negotiationsStrong financial acumen and commercial structuring capabilityAbility to influence senior stakeholders without direct authorityBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience sourcing Marketing, HR, or other corporate services Background in consulting, agency management, or professional services sourcingFamiliarity with services-based operating and delivery modelsExperience with performance•or outcome-based commercial structuresMBA or advanced degreeLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!

- based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $89,000 and $159,720.
Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
