Position Overview The Marketing Senior Category Manager - Heavy Duty is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving growth, innovation, and brand performance across a portfolio of heavy-duty products—including coolant, antifreeze, performance fluids, and diesel exhaust fluids—across North America. Operating at the intersection of marketing strategy, product management, and technical expertise, this role defines the category vision, shapes portfolio and pricing strategies, and leads end-to-end innovation from concept to launch in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. It supports both B2B and aftermarket channels—including fleets, industrial segments, retailers, and OEMs—while developing impactful marketing programs, tools, and campaigns that strengthen brand equity and accelerate sales. Combining analytical rigor with creative execution, the role plays a critical part in positioning the organization as a leader in the heavy-duty and industrial fluids market. This position is based at our Rosemont office and will require 3x/week on-site working each week, with a 20% travel expectation. The expected compensation for this position is an annual salary of $160,000-$190,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
