Ensure pricing structures support margin optimization, volume growth, and brand positioning. Monitor market dynamics and competitor pricing to proactively identify risks and opportunities. Continuously refine pricing strategies based on performance and market changes. Own the end-to-end RFQ process, including cost analysis, pricing development, and bid strategy. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure bids are accurate, competitive, and profitable. Ensure alignment between bid strategy and overall business objectives. Maintain responsiveness and accuracy in all customer-facing pricing submissions. Develop and maintain a scalable pricing architecture across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Customize pricing strategies across multiple channels including eCommerce (Amazon, Walmart), warehouse distribution, and retail. Monitor pricing effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance data and market conditions. Ensure consistency and governance of pricing across regions and channels. Partner with Product Management to provide insights into market trends, customer needs, and pricing opportunities. Identify product gaps and white space opportunities within existing categories. Support new product launches with data-driven pricing strategies tailored to each channel. Contribute to long-term product roadmap planning through category intelligence. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to align go-to-market strategies. Communicate category performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Act as a key liaison between commercial teams and operational functions. Your areas of strength and expertise that matter most for this role: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred), or equivalent experience (10+ years). 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Pricing Strategy, or Product Marketing in a multi-channel environment. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Proven experience managing RFQs and developing pricing strategies in both B2B and B2C environments. Strong understanding of North American Automotive Aftermarket industry dynamics, including distribution and pricing structures. Experience with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart.com) and traditional distribution channels. Familiarity with retailer portals such as MDM, ZNet, SupplyLine, or similar systems. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations. Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French) is considered an asset. Are you tempted?
