Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced sourcing professional to support MRO, Facilities Service, Capex and/or Supply Chain procurement , with a primary focus on delivering measurable cost savings and optimizing total cost of ownership (TCO). This position will lead and execute sourcing and negotiation efforts with key suppliers supporting MRO, facilities services, manufacturing equipment, site infrastructure, and investments within a Food & Beverage environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual who can independently drive sourcing projects and serve as the procurement-subject-matter-expert on a cross-functional team to support strategy and ways of working improvements to deliver tangible facilities savings. The candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and proactive, with the ability to drive change management through building excellent relationships. Key Responsibilities Execute sourcing initiatives for MRO, facilities services, site infrastructure, and supply chain related areas from sourcing strategy through contract award. Drive hard-dollar cost savings through competitive sourcing, negotiations with OEMs, contractors, and service providers. Lead negotiations with OEMs, integrators, and facilities vendors covering pricing, commercial terms, warranties, service levels, and lifecycle support. Analyze and optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), including acquisition, installation, commissioning, maintenance, energy usage, spare parts, and end-of-life costs. Partner with Engineering, Facilities, Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Finance to align sourcing strategies with technical and operational requirements. Challenge technical specifications and incumbent supplier arrangements to unlock value and reduce facilities spend. Manage RFQs/RFPs, supplier benchmarking, and cost modeling. In cooperation with the legal team, support contract development and execution to ensure favorable commercial and risk positions. Track, validate, and report savings, sourcing progress, and risks to stakeholders. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement with a strong focus on MRO, Facilities Services, Capex and/or Supply Chain procurement. Proven experience negotiating with suppliers and negotiating contracts. Strong understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and lifecycle cost modeling. Experience supporting manufacturing environments; Food & Beverage experience strongly preferred. Solid negotiation, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills. Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects independently in a fast-paced, project-based environment. Must be able to communicate and manage at all levels both internally and externally with suppliers. Preferred Experience Sourcing experience across various manufacturing-level facilities services. Exposure to facilities management or site-level capital projects. Experience working as a contractor or consultant supporting cost-out and optimization initiatives. Success Measures Documented cost savings success. Improved TCO outcomes across sourced assets and site investments. Executed contracts with favorable commercial terms. Timely completion of sourcing projects with clear documentation.
