Job Description
Overview The Regional Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and managing the regional procurement function. This includes assisting Operations Manager in identifying, evaluating, and selecting regional suppliers, negotiating regional contracts, managing regional supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. In addition, this role performs the Procurement function and tasks of the company's procure-to-pay system (P2P), ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost control across all business units. The Regional Procurement Director is accountable for performing vendor audits, monitoring supplier performance, and addressing vendor issues as they arise. This role will work closely with warehouse leaders, branch management, and corporate teams to improve spend visibility, reduce waste, and optimize working capital. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, along with a proven track record of success in procurement, materials management, and inventory control in a multi-site operational environment.
