Belmont, MA 02478 (5 days onsite) CFS is partnering with a growing, innovative organization seeking a strategic Procurement Manager to lead the full end-to-end supply chain function. Job Description The Procurement Manager will oversee sourcing, purchasing, logistics, inventory, and vendor management across the organization This Procurement Manager will drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and process improvements across the full supply chain lifecycle Build scalable procurement processes, evaluate vendor performance, and negotiate complex contracts as a key Procurement Manager Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership to ensure alignment with company goals Implement systems and analytics to improve forecasting, demand planning, and supplier reliability This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for a results-driven Procurement Manager Job Requirements 10+ years of procurement or supply chain experience Proven end-to-end supply chain management expertise Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills Experience with inventory planning and logistics optimization Ability to implement systems, tools, and process improvements Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills #LI-JK3 #
