Accepting Candidates About the role Lead strategic sourcing initiatives supporting a Commercial organization within a fast-paced pharmaceutical/biotech environment. This role will manage complex sourcing events, supplier relationships , and commercial contract negotiations from intake through execution. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives from intake through contract execution. Develop sourcing strategies , market assessments, and supplier evaluations. Manage competitive RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs . Manage strategic supplier relationships , performance, risks, and improvement opportunities. Lead contract negotiations for SOWs, MSAs, amendments, and renewals. Partner with Commercial stakeholders, Legal, and Procurement throughout contract execution. Qualifications 7-10 years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience. Pharma or Biotech industry experience required . Commercial procurement experience preferred. Proven experience leading complex sourcing events . Strong contract negotiation experience, including pricing, commercial terms, SLAs, rebates, and liability provisions. Bachelor's degree; familiarity with Coupa, iCertis, Ariba , or similar procurement systems. Compensation (MA Pay Transparency): Estimated hourly range: $70-$75/hr (W-2) . Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
