By bridging the gap between finance, operations, and external partners, you will directly influence bottom-line profitability and ensure the long-term stability of our manufacturing supply chain. Responsibilities Direct the management of Purchase Price Variance (PPV) to ensure cost predictability across all manufacturing sites. Execute strategic sourcing initiatives and complex commercial negotiations to achieve significant total cost optimization. Develop and implement robust supplier scorecards to enforce accountability regarding quality, delivery, and cost standards. Lead root cause analysis for standard cost discrepancies and invoice variances to improve financial accuracy. Mitigate supply chain risks by developing dual-sourcing strategies and monitoring market volatility in raw materials and logistics. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to integrate procurement data into broader operational and financial planning. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or manufacturing-focused financial analysis. Advanced proficiency in data modeling, Microsoft Excel, and interpreting complex cost datasets. Proven track record of delivering measurable margin improvements and cost savings. Deep understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and supply chain risk management. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple departments. Preferred Skills Direct experience within a multi-site manufacturing or industrial production environment. Technical familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Plex. Background in plastics, injection molding, or similar high-volume manufacturing sectors. Experience managing complex rebate programs or supplier cost recovery initiatives.
