job summary: Growing company in St. Louis is seeking an International Supply Chain Manager to add to their team. This position will lead the company's sourcing and procurement functions across multiple international markets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or similar, as well as demonstrated experience working with overseas manufacturers and suppliers. Experience using ERP systems required. Must be open to international travel, about 20%; bilingual Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean a plus. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities:
Lead sourcing and procurement efforts across domestic and international suppliers, driving continuous improvementManage a team of 4 supply chain specialistsDevelop strategic supplier partnerships and enforce quality standards; manage procurement activitiesCollaborate with Operations, sales and leadership to align strategies and expectationsManage supplier relationships, including supplier selection, performance management, compliance, quality, cost, and delivery performance. Conduct supplier reviews, audits, and on-site visits nationally and internationally to evaluate quality and operational reliability. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or similar requiredDemonstrated experience working with overseas manufacturers and suppliers and leading supply chain, sourcing, and procurement teams. strong understanding of foreign/global sourcing and negotiating supplier agreements and pricing Experience using ERP systems and reporting/analytics tools such as Power BIPrevious supervisory or management experience Willingness to travel internationally, about 20%Excellent communication skills and strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
