BachelorsResponsibilities Spearhead the end-to-end global supply strategy to guarantee material availability for expanding customer needs. Directly oversee the Supply Chain department, fostering a culture of high performance and strict accountability. Cultivate and negotiate high-value partnerships with both domestic and overseas manufacturers to secure optimal pricing and contract terms. Implement rigorous vendor quality protocols and conduct on-site facility audits to ensure consistency across the supply base. Design and execute risk-mitigation plans, including the development of secondary sourcing channels to prevent disruptions. Synchronize procurement cycles with Sales and Operations forecasts to maintain lean but effective inventory levels. Analyze global market trends and logistics lead times to proactively adjust purchasing schedules. Modernize supply chain tracking by utilizing ERP data and performance scorecards to drive continuous operational improvement. Serve as the primary liaison for international business relations, navigating diverse cultural and market landscapes.
