Join Marvin as a Senior Enterprise Commodity Agent and execute enterprise-wide commodity strategies that balance cost, quality, delivery, and innovation. In this role, you'll work with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day purchasing, ensuring Marvin's supply base delivers the best total value across our product collections. Highlights of your role Manage strategic supplier partnerships, including performance, development, and ongoing relationship management Lead contract management activities and support negotiation of key business terms with suppliers Execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, ensuring alignment with business objectives Analyze supplier performance and provide recommendations to improve cost, quality, delivery, and overall value Maintain and manage the approved supplier panel by incorporating stakeholder feedback and performance data Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business needs and priorities You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, leadership, project management, or a related field Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills including contract-related experience Ability to analyze inventory usage and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions Strong contract negotiation skills, including structuring, negotiating, and finalizing enterprise-level commodity agreements while managing risk and ensuring compliance is preferred Also want to make sure you have Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office products Purchasing process and systems knowledge Leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
