Experience working with procurement systems such as Oracle Supplier-facing experience for RFQs and project communication Strong project management skills Excellent relationship management and negotiation abilities Analytical mindset with problem-solving expertise Nice to

Have Skills:

Knowledge of A3 methodology and lean manufacturing principles International sourcing experience and cross-functional project management Supplier development, materials management, and quality improvement experience Familiarity with tariff mitigation and total cost of ownership strategies Experience with finance month-end validation and price negotiations

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, operations, or engineering Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, engineering, project management, or related fields
