• Manage the procurement of materials and supplies for construction projects
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand material requirements and align procurement with project schedules
• Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating pricing and terms to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials that comply with company requirements
• Track orders, confirm delivery schedules, and quickly resolve any delays or discrepancies
• Monitor inventory levels in alignment with anticipated needs to prevent shortages and project disruptions
• Provide regular updates to leadership on purchasing activities, market trends, and cost-saving opportunities

• Solid construction estimator background
• Strong understanding of supply chain management
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Bluebeam Revu
