Bridgewater, NJ 6-month contract Required Qualifications 8-10+ years of proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management Industry experience in inhalation powders and medical devices , preferably with Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) and/or medical device manufacturers Experience with strategic sourcing and category management Expertise in supplier identification, evaluation, and qualification Experience managing RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes Strong knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis Experience with spend analysis and cost reduction initiatives Proven ability to negotiate contracts and commercial terms Experience with supplier risk assessment and mitigation Regulatory & Quality Knowledge Good Manufacturing Practice ( GMP ) Good Laboratory Practice ( GLP ) Good Distribution Practice ( GDP ) Knowledge of applicable FDA regulations Financial & Analytical Skills Cost modeling Financial analysis Market intelligence Commodity analysis KPI development and performance tracking Core Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Supplier and stakeholder relationship management Problem solving Critical thinking Strategic decision-making Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences , or a related field preferred Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM)•Not required Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)•Not required
