Pay Range 61 to 65

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to join the company, a premier supplier, in Wayne, NJ.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the global programmes in the responsible region, including direct oversight of the managed service providers (MSP) to drive a good user experience.
  • Act as SME to work with MSP to expand/enhance global programmes to new country and business unit.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations and processes through strategic performance reviews and develop plan to priorities improvement and innovative initiatives.
  • Support delivery of business and functional strategies through advising, educating and influencing on a wide range of programme deliverables.
  • Build strong internal stakeholder relationships through supporting cross functional teams that address and resolve complex issues.
  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of day-to-day managed performance, interfacing back to Castrol's internal businesses and stakeholders.
  • Collaborates across procurement, with the business and, where appropriate, with suppliers to create a 'one team' mentality Builds region / site / asset knowledge across the wider procurement.
