Job Category Finance Position Summary The Sourcing to Pay (S2P) Manager is responsible for leading and transforming Procurement and Sourcing Operations for the Americas region from Bridgestone Business Services (BBS) Costa Rica. This role will drive the evolution of a world-class shared services procurement organization by implementing strategic sourcing practices, procurement governance, supplier management programs, spend optimization initiatives, and digital procurement solutions. The position will oversee end-to-end S2P processes while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, financial controls, and value creation across LAN and LAS. The Manager will partner closely with regional business leaders, suppliers, and shared services teams to deliver sustainable cost savings, process efficiencies, and procurement transformation objectives. Responsibilities Lead the evolution of the procurement operating model within the Shared Services environment. Define and execute procurement transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives. Establish best-in-class sourcing methodologies, governance frameworks, and procurement policies. Drive procurement maturity through process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and implement sourcing strategies across multiple spend categories. Lead supplier selection processes including RFI, RFQ, and RFP initiatives. Support contract negotiations and supplier consolidation efforts to maximize value and mitigate risk. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify sourcing opportunities and achieve cost reduction objectives. Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to support business decision-making. Leverage spend analytics to identify savings opportunities and procurement efficiencies. Monitor procurement performance through KPIs and operational dashboards. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contract utilization, and approved supplier frameworks. Drive initiatives to reduce maverick spending and increase purchasing compliance. Lead the optimization and adoption of SAP Ariba, SAP ERP, and other procurement technologies. Improve end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes including requisitioning, sourcing, contracting, purchasing, receiving, and invoice management. Drive automation initiatives that improve user experience, compliance, and cycle times. Partner with technology and operations teams to resolve system and process challenges. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers. Establish supplier performance management frameworks. Support supplier risk management, business continuity, and service-level compliance initiatives. Act as senior escalation point for supplier and procurement-related matters. Lead, coach, and develop procurement and sourcing professionals within the Shared Services organization. Build organizational capability in sourcing, supplier management, analytics, and procurement operations. Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence. Lead change management initiatives associated with procurement transformation programs. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, internal controls, and audit requirements. Maintain governance over vendor master data, contract repositories, and procurement records. Establish and monitor procurement KPIs, SLAs, compliance metrics, and savings reporting. Provide regular executive updates on procurement performance and strategic initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, or related field. MBA or Licenciatura preferred. CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) CIPS Certification CSCP Lean Six Sigma Other Procurement or Strategic Sourcing certifications +8 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Source-to-Pay operations within Shared Services (GBS/SSC) environments. Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience managing procurement or sourcing teams. Proven experience leading procurement transformation and process improvement initiatives. Demonstrated success managing regional or multinational procurement programs. Experience leading supplier negotiations, contract management, supplier performance programs, and sourcing projects. Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. SAP Ariba SAP ERP Procurement Modules Coupa (preferred)
