Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Civil Engineer to join our team and drive forward innovative infrastructure large data center construction projects, the first one is 6 month project in Lordstown Ohio. More projects are coming soon . In this role, you will be at the forefront of civil engineering design, construction management, and project execution, ensuring that all phases of our projects meet high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your expertise will help shape sustainable and resilient infrastructure solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a tangible impact on large-scale civil projects. Duties 5+ years of procurement experience in construction, preferably in data centers, large industrial, or MEP projects Strong knowledge of construction procurement processes, bidding, subcontracting, material and equipment management Familiar with US construction practices, OSHA requirements, vendor qualification, and government approval procedures Ability to coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, design teams, and AHJ Experienced in preparing and reviewing bid documents, RFPs, purchase orders, and contract terms Must-Haves as the
Construction Safety Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field OSHA 10-Hour certification Proficient in Procore, MS Office, and procurement software; BIM 360 and Navisworks knowledge is a plus Fluent in English, with excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills 9 Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or similar certification is preferred High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability Ability and willingness to travel as needed for project success Nice-to-Haves as the
Construction Safety Manager:
Mandarin language skills Experience supporting multi-site or nationally distributed construction projects Prior experience working with large general contractors or hyperscale data center builds
Pay:
$75,267.08 - $90,644.23 per year
