Duties 5+ years of procurement experience in construction, preferably in data centers, large industrial, or MEP projects Strong knowledge of construction procurement processes, bidding, subcontracting, material and equipment management Familiar with US construction practices, OSHA requirements, vendor qualification, and government approval procedures Ability to coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, design teams, and AHJ Experienced in preparing and reviewing bid documents, RFPs, purchase orders, and contract terms Must-Haves as the

$75,267.08 - $90,644.23 per year
