Ensure lean procurement processes and best practices are implemented consistently across all plants. Act as the escalation point for procurement-related issues across the region. Category Management - Indirects Deploy regional indirect strategies in alignment with global objectives. Analyze and manage the supply market, identifying opportunities to optimize cost, quality, risk, and sustainability. Negotiate and manage supplier relationships, ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs. Lead cost reduction, cash generation, and risk mitigation initiatives, ensuring results are captured in Group reporting. Partner with stakeholders to ensure category solutions address business needs while maximizing value. Deliver the agreed budget targets for the category in the region and ensure all savings are fully reported consistently within established Group reporting mechanisms. Undertake specific cross-regional projects within the category, as and when delegated by the Regional Directors. Act as the prime contact with regional SBU stakeholders, in relation to the category. Support supplier process audits (where necessary) in order to validate production to ensure that all necessary controls are in place. Business Performance Deliver annual savings and working capital improvements as set by the Procurement Director. Report procurement performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions where required. Drive ESG, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Indirects category. Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field 5+ years' experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally in industrial sectors Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier relationship management skills Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally in a matrix environment Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels Demonstrated ability to deliver savings and manage category strategies
