Job Description

New Vision Manufacturing seeks an experienced Purchasing Manager to support the high‑volume production of manufactured single‑family homes and commercial modular buildings at our Madill, Oklahoma facility. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the General Manager and responsible for ensuring materials are available, costs are controlled, and inventory is accurate in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment producing 6-7 units per day. What You'll Do Source and purchase building materials from established vendors Negotiate pricing, contracts, and lead competitive bids to reduce material costs Ensure timely delivery of materials to support daily production schedules Supervise and train warehouse and materials staff, including cycle counters, forklift drivers, and material handlers Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records in Microsoft Business Central Manage quarterly physical inventory counts Develop processes to reduce waste, manage obsolete materials, and improve material flow Partner with operations and leadership to support production and cost‑control goals What We're Looking For 5+ years of purchasing or materials management experience in manufacturing or construction Proven experience negotiating with suppliers and managing vendor relationships Leadership experience in warehouse or materials operations Strong ERP system experience (Microsoft Business Central preferred) Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a production environment Why Join Us Key leadership role with direct impact on production and profitability Stable manufacturing operation with consistent daily output Opportunity to build and improve systems and processes Competitive compensation and benefits package, including profit sharing paid monthly Apply today to join a growing manufacturing operation where your expertise in purchasing and supply chain management will make a measurable difference.
