  • Bachelor's required; certifications (CPSM, CPM, CSCP) a plus Job Description The Procurement Manager is a client-facing advisor responsible for leading day-to-day procurement.

This role partners with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal leadership to execute sourcing strategies, negotiate SOWs, ensure compliance, and drive measurable cost, risk, and value outcomes. Part of the PaaS team, reporting to the Practice Director. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary procurement contact for clients
  • Lead sourcing initiatives (RFP/RFQ, supplier selection, negotiations, SOWs)
  • Analyze proposals using AI tools to identify value and risk
  • Partner with legal/business teams on contracts and compliance
  • Drive adoption of procurement processes and P2P/VMS tools
  • Track and report sourcing results and savings
