Job Description

Role Overview The Procurement Manager is the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Transformation & Operations Lead and is responsible for driving global supply chain process harmonization and managing the rollout of next-generation eProcurement platforms. This role serves as a key strategic bridge between Supply Chain Leadership, IT, and regional operational teams to optimize end-to-end workflows, enforce governance, and maximize technology adoption across the enterprise. P Transformation & Platform Rollout:
Support the deployment and regional integration of enterprise eProcurement and Supply Chain Management platforms, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal operational disruption.
Process Harmonization & Best Practices:
Standardize and maintain global end-to-end workflows across procurement, order management, receiving, invoicing, and payment processing.
Strategic Alignment:
Interface with Supply Chain Leadership to help design and execute a unified, global supply chain strategy aligned with core business objectives.
Change Management & Enablement:
Lead organizational adoption of new tools and standardized processes through structured training programs, clear stakeholder communication, and active engagement.
Performance Metrics & Continuous Improvement:
Define, monitor, and report on key P2P performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and drive ongoing operational efficiencies.
Technology & Data Governance:
Oversee supply chain systems and ensure high master data accuracy across P2P and Contract Management solutions.
Policy & Compliance:
Enforce enterprise governance standards, ensuring strict adherence to Delegation of Authority and Signature Authority guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, and Inside Sales to align operational priorities and maintain workflow consistency.
Required Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred).
Professional Experience:
5-10 years of progressive experience in procurement management, P2P operations, or global supply chain strategy.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with enterprise P2P platforms; SAP experience is strongly preferred .
Analytics & Reporting:
High proficiency in MS Excel with familiarity in data analytics and visualization platforms (Power BI preferred).
Leadership & Influence:
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, guide teams through organizational change, and build a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Communication Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Modern Capabilities:
Strategic understanding of how AI and automation tools can be applied to optimize supply chain workflows and increase operational efficiency.
Operational Agility:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
