Job Description We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Lead - Enabling Functions to join our Global Procurement team. This role is responsible for the design, execution, and delivery of strategic sourcing initiatives across enabling function categories, driving value, compliance, and strong supplier outcomes. As a Sourcing Lead, you will manage high‑value sourcing activities (typically $500K to ~$50M), collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and Centres of Excellence, and contribute to year‑on‑year savings through data‑driven sourcing strategies and effective supplier engagement. This is a strong opportunity for procurement professionals looking to broaden category leadership experience, deepen commercial capability, and operate at an enterprise level. Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and deliver strategic sourcing initiatives aligned to business and procurement objectives, managing values from $500K to ~$50M. Lead supplier evaluation, selection, negotiation, and contract execution to deliver value, compliance, and quality outcomes. Manage contract lifecycle activities, including compliance, renewals, amendments, and performance tracking. Partner with internal stakeholders, Category Leaders, and Centres of Excellence to drive enterprise-wide sourcing outcomes. Leverage market intelligence and data insights to inform sourcing decisions and identify value opportunities. Ensure all activities comply with procurement policies, governance, and ethical standards. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline is required. Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS) are desirable. Experience & Capabilities 7 + years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management roles. Demonstrated experience managing complex sourcing and supplier negotiations. Strong commercial acumen with hands-on contract management experience. Confidence working with procurement systems, data analysis, and reporting. Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and suppliers. The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $122,000 - $153,000. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors. In addition to base salary, total compensation for this role may also include incentive compensation and equity.
