Basic Qualifications:

Education:

8+ years of experience in a professional procurement organization (with 2+ years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing categories or direct life sciences experience preferred).

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, tendering, commercial negotiations, and contracting for large and medium greenfield and brownfield capital projects.

Manage Core Categories:

Build robust category strategies for major equipment and professional services—including Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management, Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV). Serve as a

Trusted Site Partner:

Act as the single point of contact for Global Procurement at the Norwood site, collaborating directly with VPs, site leadership, and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Facilities, Finance, Legal, Quality).

Maximize Total Value & Savings:

Deliver aggressive cost reduction outcomes, optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and build high-impact supplier performance programs.

Proactive Risk & Supplier Management:

Maintain preferred supplier networks, evaluate supply chain risk profiles, and implement mitigation plans across global supply markets.
