Engage with other functions during tendering phase to develop scope, PMP, PQP, PEP, schedule, Risk management and should costEnsure the commercial and technical aspects of the proposal are complete and compliant with the Customer requirements, and present the most optimized and competitive solutionsWork closely with the Region Sales teams as a key partner in the strategy development to create winning proposals and meeting or exceeding the region's orders planSupport market level pricing Indicators, target pricing and pricing trategySupport the AC integrated systems strategy in meeting segment orders operating plan, Sales, margin and hit rateComplete risk assessment, submission, deal clarification/negotiation & hand-over process to the execution teams; ensure proper control of contract flow-down requirementsBe responsible for the execution of the Commercial Risk Review Process including deal reviews and approvals, in compliance with Grid Solutions Policy 5.0Work closely with Commercial Operations, Legal and Lead contract Terms & Conditions negotiations with customersOpportunities pipeline governance, ensure opportunities forecasts is accurately reflected in sales force systemSupport the proposal process improvement and proposal quality

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or Commercial from an accredited university or collegeMinimum of 5 years experience in commercial and project management roleMinimum of 5 years of experience with electrical transmission, distributions systems and high voltage substations required for Utilities, Data Centers, Industrial, Wind and Renewables Sector (onshore or offshore, Solar)Desired Characteristics:

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
