Job Description
Job Overview:
Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is looking for a highly motivated, analytically minded storyteller to join its Category Insights Team. The Insights team plays a valuable role by providing strategic, consultative guidance to deliver growth across emerging brands. Our goal is to become experts in the category & competitive environment, strategic partners internally & externally, and champions of innovation & assortment optimization. This position is based in our office in Rogers, AR and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home on a weekly basis) What you will do: Leverage data resources and insights to build stories that contribute to revenue growth and strategic objectives Develop and cultivate business relationships with Walmart wiring points that reflect KDP as the strategic partner for insights and strategy planning needs Develop & deliver fully integrated consumer, shopper, category and marketplace insights and trends to guide Walmart's strategic choices and tactical executions Work closely with KDP teams to establish, lead and maintain performance management routines including the streamlining of reporting cadences, macro performance assessments and opportunity gap analysis Collaborate with multiple internal cross-functional teams and the customer to connect business opportunities and develop solutions Leverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills to recognize and anticipate issues and opportunities for growth Serve as the expert on all things category to sales team and other cross-functional team membersTotal Rewards:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience A minimum of 4 years of business experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) with a focus on sales, category management, market research, business analytics and/or shopper insights Prior experience with Walmart / Sam's Club buying teams highly valued Syndicated data knowledge with Circana and/or Nielsen necessary, space planning (ex. JDA) experience a plus, Panel data experience (ex. Numerator) highly valued Experience with Walmart Scintilla is highly valued Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, presentation and follow-through Demonstrated ability to build sustainable, collaborative partnerships with the customer and internal business partners Capability to develop and influence strategies and tactics at both retailer and manufacturer High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as great attention to detail Highly skilled inMicrosoft Office Suite Travel:
