As we continue to grow, we are enhancing our leadership in General Indirect Sourcing to streamline spend, strengthen governance, and drive enterprise-wide improvements across travel, mobility, corporate services, facilities, and professional services. Role Summary The Director, Indirect Sourcing- General (Travel & Mobility) is a senior enterprise leader responsible for developing and executing global sourcing strategies across broad indirect categories, including Travel & Mobility, Corporate Services, Facilities & MRO, Professional Services, Marketing & Communications, and other general indirect spend areas.

Travel program performance:
cost reduction, policy adherence, supplier performance, traveler experience. Supplier performance across SLA/KPI targets. Reduction in vendor proliferation and improved category governance. On‑time delivery of sourcing support for enterprise initiatives. Adoption of sourcing policies, processes, and governance frameworks. Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.Compensation :
Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $150,900 to $234,100. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.Colorado residents:
