Role Description:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Patio General Manager to lead and grow our Patio category at Belami. This role is responsible for overseeing all Patio products and associated web properties, which generate over $40M in annual revenue. The ideal candidate will drive a comprehensive Patio strategy, lead sales and service initiatives, launch new brands and products, and optimize the digital customer experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Category Strategy Development & Execution (Pricing, Inventory, Promotions) Patio Vertical Execution, Performance Monitoring & Cross-Functional Leadership Seller, Brand & 3rd Party Partnership Management eCommerce Experience Optimization (Site, UX, Conversion) Data-Driven Sales & Profitability Management Market Analysis, Customer Insights & e
Commerce Trend Monitoring Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, MS Teams) & cloud-based file management systems Strong understanding of the eCommerce buying process and customer journey Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with strong execution and follow-through Clear and professional oral & written communication skills Strong analytical thinking and confident decision-making abilities High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail with alignment to company policies and goals. Self-starter with a customer-centric mindset and strong sense of ownership and accountability Adaptable and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Reliable and dependable to deliver on commitments Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, including various holidays Education /
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Economics preferred) 5+ years of eCommerce experience 3+ years of using analytics software 2+ years of team management experience (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
