Job Description SummaryGE Vernova is seeking a senior, enterprise level leader to own and integrate Global Sourcing Systems, Advanced Analytics, and Strategic Initiatives. This role combines ownership of the Source to Pay operating model, digital platforms, data & analytics with leadership of high visibility strategic initiatives, GenAI enablement, governance, and enterprise capability building.

This leader will define and execute the future state sourcing vision for GE Vernova-modernizing how sourcing works across businesses through process harmonization, systems simplification, advanced analytics, and digital innovation, while also serving as a trusted thought partner to the Sourcing Operations Leader and CPO.The role requires a balance of strategic vision, execution rigor, digital fluency, and executive presence, with direct impact on productivity, savings delivery, risk management, and sourcing maturity enterprise wide. May 29, 2026For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $149,400.00 and $248,900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
