This project will be at least 7-8 years with a 5 Billion dollar cost. Education and Experience The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor''''''''s degree in business or a related degree and 10 or more years of experience in procurement/supply chain management and have a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) credential.
