full-time Procurement Manager Advantage Technical is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our client's team in Bedford, MA. This is an opportunity for a hands-on procurement professional who enjoys improving processes, challenging the status quo, and creating measurable business value. The Procurement Manager will oversee procurement activities while driving improvements across processes, systems, supplier relationships, controls, and workflows. This role will partner closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, and business leadership and will serve as a key extension of the Senior Director of Sourcing & Procurement. Key Responsibilities Lead and improve procurement processes, policies, workflows, and operating procedures. Identify opportunities to reduce costs, eliminate inefficiencies, automate manual processes, and improve the internal customer experience. Manage end-to-end sourcing initiatives and global supplier relationships. Partner with Finance, AP, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders on source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes. Establish and maintain appropriate procurement controls, governance, documentation, and compliance. Support supplier onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and performance management. Analyze spend and procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Develop procurement KPIs and dashboards. Administer procurement cards, Concur/travel processes, and global corporate credit card programs. Support visa documentation and traveler coordination as needed. Lead cross-functional projects and champion continuous improvement. Mentor procurement team members and help establish consistent best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supplier management experience. Experience leading end-to-end sourcing initiatives and managing global suppliers. Prior team management experience, including working with international teams. Demonstrated success improving procurement processes and operational workflows. Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills. Proven experience with Oracle EBS, including Internet Procurement, Purchasing, Suppliers, Credit Cards, and Approvals. Advanced Excel and strong analytical, financial, and commercial skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. LogicGate experience is a plus. CPSM, CIPS, CSCP, or similar certification preferred.

40 hours per week Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of relevant experience required Compensation $50-$55 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week opportunity with a hybrid schedule requiring three days onsite in Bedford, MA.
